ARMANDAN LTD. was established in 1996 by Mr. Ufuk ARMAN who is a retired Air
Force Colonel. Mr. Ufuk ARMAN served as aircraft maintenance officer during his
active duty for over 25 years. After retirement, he decided to share his
experience with foreign companies supplying equipment systems and services to
Turkish Armed Forces. The initial mission of the company was providing
consultancy in defense and aerospace sector to its clients in Turkey and
Overseas.
For over a decade the company worked on

partners and customers to maintain relationship and following up the part of
business they will undertake in Turkey

Continously analyzing the market
conditions and actively pursuit procurement opportunities which are compatible
with the capabilities of its foreign partners.

Providing expert guidance, in
developing specific marketing programs and proposal strategies.
The company is capable of handling large-scale systems projects as well as
serving to companies supplying spares and equipment for aircrafts, helicopters,
naval vessel & engines, communication systems, weapon systems and wheeled &
tracked combat vehicles.
In
this framework, the company has business relationships with all services of
Turkish Armed Forces (Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Police Forces), the
Ministry of National Defense and commercial companies.
In 2008, a research and development department is created by ARMANDAN LTD. This R&D department is assigned to develop military and security projects for Turkish Armed Forces including Army, Air Forces, Navy, and Coast Guard and Turkish Police Forces.
